Admission Criteria & Checklist

Parents seeking admission for his / her ward to Calorx Olive International School must fulfil the following pre requisites:

• Parents have to complete the registration and admission formalities as per the checklist given below.
• If required, students and parents would be called for an interaction session with the Home Room Teacher or the Academic Coordinator or the Head of School on the scheduled date and time.
• The school would strictly require the Original Leaving Certificate of the child from the last school. If the submission is not done, the child would not be enrolled for the programme.

Parents seeking admission for his / her ward to Calorx Olive International School must follow the following checklist to complete the admission process:

• Filling of Admission Forms that include- Admission Form, Consent Form, ID Card Form, Health Card Form, Transportation Form (If opted) along with the passport size photographs pasted.

The following supportive documents should be submitted with the above set of forms:

• Copy of the Birth Certificate of the child
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the child and the parents both.
• In case of International Students, Copy of Passport & Visa / OCI is required.
• Copy of Academic Reports from the last school attended.
• Original Leaving Certificate from the last school attended.
• In case of International Students, a Letter of Recommendation is required from the last school attended. The letter sent through email is also considered.
• Copy of the Residence Proof of Ahmedabad for the outstation students is required.
• A One-Month Non-Refundable Admission Fee is required to be paid along with the submission of forms. The Fee Structure for the Academic Year of enrollment can be known from the Admissions Office. The Admission Fee charged is apart from the Tuition Fee of an academic year. - For any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the Admission Officer.
